Each card payment costs Stripe's card fee plus 0.5% for Alori. Both come out of the payment, so you get the rest. There's no setup cost.

Also called: processing fee, transaction fee, Stripe fee, merchant fee, card rate, frais de carte, frais de transaction, frais Stripe, commission

Step 1: See the rate

Open Payments in Alori. The bottom of the page shows the rate: "Fee: Stripe's card fee + 0.5% per payment. No monthly cost."

How it works

Say your customer pays a $1,000 invoice. Alori takes 0.5%, which is $5. Stripe takes its own card fee, the real one for that card. You get $1,000 minus both. Waiting for you and Paid by card this month show what you get, after fees.

Payouts to your bank

Sending money to your bank has Stripe's payout fees. Alori charges them in credits, at Stripe's cost:

  • 0.25% + US$0.25 for each payout to your bank.

  • US$2 more on the first payout of each month.

These come out of your credits even if you're at zero, down to -50 credits. Your next credit pack or plan pays it back.

Good to know

  • Disputes. If a customer disputes a payment with their bank, the amount and Stripe's dispute fee are taken back from your money. If you win the dispute, the amount comes back.

  • Your customer pays the invoice total. No fee is added for them.

If it doesn't work

  • "Payments could not load. Try again in a moment." Refresh the page in a minute.

  • You see less than you expected. Fees come off each payment. A dispute can also take money back.
