How do I see my team's calendars?

On the Schedule, open the Calendars drawer and tick teammates under Team to see their visits, Alori events and Google or Outlook events. Day gives each a column.

Updated October 28, 2026

Open Schedule and open the Calendars drawer with the button left of the date. Under Team, tick the people you want to see: their visits, their Alori events and the events on their own Google or Outlook calendar show together. Switch to Day to give each person their own column, with their number of visits and hours.

Also called: team view, see a teammate's Google calendar, shared calendars, is someone free, dispatch board, technicians' calendars, who's working, filter by person, calendrier de l'équipe, horaire des techniciens, vue par personne

Step 1: Open the Calendars drawer

Click the drawer button left of the date (Show calendars). The Calendars drawer opens on the left of the calendar; click the same button, or the one at the top of the drawer (Hide calendars), to close it. It starts closed, and Alori remembers whether you left it open. Drag its right edge to make it wider. On a phone, the same button opens it as a sheet.

Click: Schedule › Show calendars

Step 2: Pick the people

Under Team, tick or untick each person. Click a heading (Team, My calendars, Other calendars) to fold it away. You come first, then everyone else grouped by their role. Tick a role to tick everyone in it. Each person has their own color on the calendar, and their Google or Outlook events show in that color. At least one person stays ticked. Alori remembers who you ticked, on every device, until you change it.

Step 3: See one column per person

Click Day. With more than one person, each one gets a column with their visits and calendar events that day. Drag a visit from one column to another to give it to someone else.

Click: Day

Good to know

  • Alori visits shows or hides all the team's jobs.

  • Each person is one box. Your name under Team shows your work and your main Google calendar. A teammate's calendar you follow on Google shows with their name, in their color.

  • My calendars and Other calendars list your other Google calendars, like a shared calendar or holidays. Each one shows when its box is ticked. The + beside My calendars adds another calendar account. Your colors and what you hide apply only to you, here in Alori.

  • An event you see on two calendars (you follow a teammate's calendar, you're both at the meeting, or it's on two of their calendars) shows once.

  • A teammate's Google or Outlook events show once they connect their calendar. An event they marked Private on Google (or Private in Outlook) shows as Busy, without its title. Everything else shows its title, like when they share their calendar on Google.

  • Click a teammate's event to see it, read only. Only they can change it.

  • An event on a calendar you can't change, like one you follow or holidays, opens to read only: You can only view this event. Click Close.

  • Declined events, and calendars they hid on their own Schedule, stay theirs alone. So do calendars they only follow, like holidays.

  • On a phone, the Schedule shows one day at a time.

If it doesn't work

  • No Team section. You're the only one on the team so far.

  • A teammate's Google events don't show. They need to connect their own calendar in Settings › Calendars. Check that their name is ticked under Team.

  • A teammate's events all say Busy for now. Right after your team app is updated, events from before show as Busy for a few minutes, until their calendar syncs again.
