- What are credits?Credits pay for what costs money in Alori, like AI, texts, calls and hosting. One credit costs $0.45 USD, less on a plan.

- What's free in Alori?Starting is free, with 10 credits and no card. Creating a project, your first website and memory setup cost no credits.
- How do I buy credits?On Billing, click Add credits, pick 50 to 1,000 credits and pay by card on Stripe. $0.45 USD per credit. Bought credits never expire.
- How do I turn on auto top-up?On Billing, turn on Auto top-up. Alori buys credits on your card when you drop under your line (default: under 50, add 200 for $90).
- Free, Solo or Business: which plan is right for me?Free is pay as you go. Solo (from $99/month) adds monthly credits. Business (from $249/month) adds your own domain for each project and removes the Alori badge.
- How do I change or cancel my plan?On Billing, pick a new amount or plan and click Switch. To cancel, click Cancel plan. It ends at the end of the month you paid for.
- Do unused credits roll over or expire?Credits you buy, welcome credits and referral credits never expire. Monthly plan credits roll over for 1 month, then expire.
- What stops when I run out of credits?At 0 credits, new AI work, sent texts, emails and calls pause. Incoming texts, emails and calls and hosting keep working, and your balance can go below 0.
- Where do I see what I spent?On Billing, click See credit usage. Pick a period (today, this week, last month or your own days); the top shows in plain words what used the most credits, by what, who or project, and below is every credit added or used.
- How do I update my card or download invoices?On Billing, click Manage payment under Payment and invoices. Stripe's secure page opens, where you change your card and download invoices.
- My payment didn't go throughUpdate your card with Manage payment on Billing, then try again. For auto top-up, also click Add a card. Your plan stays on while you fix it.
- How much will my app cost to run each month?Billing shows "About $X / month to run your app", worked out from your last 30 days of hosting, bot, texts, calls and emails.
- How do I earn credits by inviting friends?Share your invite link. Your friend gets 10 extra credits when they sign up, and you get 100 credits when they first buy credits.
- How do I see who joined with my link?Open Settings and find Referrals. You see your totals, each friend who joined, the date, and whether they bought credits.
- How do I resell Alori to my clients?Start your agency from alori.dev/partners, add each client in one window, invite them as owner, and follow what you earn on everything they pay.
- What do my clients see when they pay?With White label on, your clients pay on a page with your name and logo. Add your bank and the charge, receipt and card statement are in your name too.
