Starting is free, with 10 credits and no card. Creating a project, your first website and memory setup cost no credits.

Updated October 28, 2026

The Free plan costs $0 a month and needs no card. You start with 10 free credits, and several things never use credits at all: creating a project, building your first website, upgrading your app and setting up Company memory.

Also called: free plan, no cost, free trial, gratuit, forfait gratuit, sans frais, essai gratuit

The Free plan

  • $0 a month. Start free, no card needed.

  • 10 Welcome credits to start.

  • Unlimited users, an Alori address (subdomain) and Standard help.

  • Pay as you go: buy credits only when you need them, at $0.45 USD each.

Things that never use credits

  • A new project. Setting up your management app is Included with every app. Uses no credits. It shows as New project with Free in your credit usage.

  • Your first website. The first website Alori builds for you is free.

  • App upgrades. Moving your app to Alori's newest version is free. It only uses credits when Alori has to adjust your own changes to fit the new version, and those show as App upgrades in your credit usage.

  • Company memory setup. What Alori learns about your business when you start, from your answers and your website.

  • Changes that didn't go through. If a change you asked for in the chat ends without changing anything, its credits are given back. If you run out of credits before a change starts, Alori doesn't make it and you aren't charged.

  • Watching, listening to and downloading your stored meeting videos, call recordings and files.

What still uses credits

Everything else that costs money to run uses credits, even on Free: the AI, texts, calls, emails, video meetings, your texting number and hosting your live app. Imports into Company memory (from Claude, ChatGPT, Zendesk or your Help center) use credits too.

If it doesn't work

  • "You're out of credits, so I didn't make this change and you weren't charged." Click Add credits, then ask again.

  • A line in your history shows a cost for something you thought was free. Only the first website is free. Later changes to your website are Chat prompt lines and use credits.
