In the email editor, click Ask Alori, say or type what to write, and Alori writes the email for you to read over. Nothing is sent until you click Send.

Updated October 25, 2026

While you write an email, click Ask Alori, then say or type what the email should say. Alori writes it in the editor for you to read over. Nothing is sent until you click Send.

Also called: AI writer, write for me, draft with AI, compose with AI, rédiger avec Alori, écrire avec l'IA, aide à la rédaction

Step 1: Open Ask Alori in the email

Open a customer's conversation and pick Email under Send by. In the editor's toolbar, click Ask Alori (the sparkle icon). It also works in New email on your Email page.

Click: Send by › Email › Ask Alori

Step 2: Say what to write

In What should Alori write?, type a few words, like "thank them for the call and offer Thursday at 9", then press Enter. Or click the microphone (Say what to write) and talk: your words show in the box as you speak. Pauses don't stop it: press Enter when you're done, and Alori writes.

Step 3: Read it over, then send

The email shows in the editor with "Alori wrote the email. Read it over before sending." Change anything you like. Not happy? Click Undo. When it looks right, click Send.

Click: Send

Step 4: Rework what you wrote

Already wrote something? Open Ask Alori and tap Shorter, Warmer or Fix the mistakes. Alori rewrites your email the same way, for you to check.

Click: Ask Alori › Fix the mistakes

For a text

In a customer's conversation, with Text picked in the pill above the box, click Write with AI beside it. Alori writes the answer in the box, for you to read, change and send. It works the same for Messenger, Instagram and website chats, and for answers to Facebook and Instagram comments, in public or in a private message.

You can also use Ask Alori at the bottom of the left menu (on a phone, the Alori button). Write, for example, "Text Benali that we're on our way". Alori writes the text in the customer's language and shows it with Send and Cancel. It goes only when you click Send.
