How do I set up my price list?

Go to Settings › Prices, click Add a price, enter a name and a price, then Save. Your prices show up under From my prices on quotes and invoices.

Updated October 25, 2026

Your price list lives in Prices: the services and parts you sell, each with its price. Add them once in Settings › Prices, then add them to any quote or invoice in one tap.

Also called: price list, catalog, price book, services list, rates, liste de prix, catalogue, grille de prix, tarifs, prix pour les soumissions et factures

Step 1: Open Prices

Click Settings, then Prices. On a computer you see a table with each Price; on a phone, one row per service with its price on the right. The Usual length and Billed columns show once a service has one.

Click: Settings › Prices

Step 2: Add a price

Click Add a price. Enter its Name (for example "AC tune-up") and its Price. Under Billed, keep Once for a one-time service, or pick Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly for a maintenance plan. Pick its Usual length if you know it: a job planned from a quote starts with that length. Tick It's a starting price when the price can go up (it shows "from $1,650"). Click Save.

Click: Add a price › Save

Step 3: Change or remove a price

Tap a service in the list to open it. Change what you need and click Save. To take it out, click Remove this price and confirm. Quotes and deals that already have it keep their line.

Click: the service › Save

Step 4: Use it on a quote

On a quote, click From my prices, search and pick the service. It's added as a line with its name and price, and you can still change the quantity or the price for this customer. Click the pencil beside it (Edit my prices) to fix your prices without leaving the quote.

Good to know

  • Only the owner, and teammates whose role can Change stages and prices, see Prices in Settings.

  • A service can have no price yet. It shows No price and you fill in the price on each quote.

  • You can ask Ask Alori to add, rename or remove a price, for example "Set the AC tune-up to $149" or "Remove the duct cleaning price".

  • Changing a price doesn't change quotes you already made.

If it doesn't work

  • "An item already has this name." Each name is used once. Open the existing price and change it instead.

  • "Enter a price, like 149.99." The price has letters or is below zero. Type only the number.

  • From my prices is greyed out. You have no prices yet. Add one first.
