Good to know
You see "Saved. Your help center shows it in a moment." after each change.
The look applies to your whole help center, in every language.
Its own address, like help.yourcompany.com, goes in the Address tab on the Business plan. See How do I connect my own domain?
To change what's in it and its order, see How do I organize sections and order articles?
If it doesn't work
"That photo is too big. Use one under 5 MB." Pick a smaller photo.
"Use a PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP photo." Save your photo in one of those types.
"That didn't save. Try again." Wait a moment, then pick again.
No Settings button. Open the Customers help center project first.
