How much could I save by switching to Alori?

The business case on the pricing page adds up the tools you pay for, takes off your Alori plan and shows what you could save a year.

Updated October 30, 2026

The Business case on the pricing page adds up what your tools cost today, takes off your Alori plan and shows your Potential savings a year. Tap the tools you pay for and the total updates right away.

Also called: savings calculator, ROI, cost comparison, switching cost, calculateur d'économies, analyse de rentabilité, économies, retour sur investissement

Step 1: Tap the tools you pay for

On the pricing page, scroll to Business case. Under Today, the tools are sorted by kind: field service, sales, communication and more. Tap each tool you pay for: it shows with its price for your team. Tap it again to take it off. Then type your team size in People on your team.

Step 2: Put in what you really pay

Each tool starts at its public list price. If you know your bill, type it in the box beside the tool: it is the price a month. Empty the box to go back to the list price.

Under Office time, type the hours a week Alori's bots would take on (calls, emails and paperwork) and what an hour costs you.

Step 3: Read your savings

The black Potential savings card shows the total a year and the share of what you spend today. Under it: each kind of tool, the office time, and your Alori plan taken off. Pick Solo or Business to compare. When you're ready, click Start free.

The Potential savings card

How it counts

  • List prices are the cheapest published plan that takes your whole team, billed yearly when that's cheaper, checked in October 2026. Amounts are in US dollars.

  • A tool with no public price shows Estimate, no public price: the low end of what others report. Type your real price for a better number.

  • Kept for your books (QuickBooks Online, FreshBooks) and Kept for payroll (Gusto) count in what you spend today, not in the savings: you keep them, and Alori works beside them.

  • Office time counts 52 weeks a year.

  • Your Alori plan starts on Solo for a team of up to 5 people and on Business for a bigger one, until you pick one. Calls, texts, video and AI work use your plan's monthly credits.

If it doesn't work

  • "On this plan, Alori costs $1,188 a year. Add the other tools you pay for." The tools you ticked cost less than the plan. Tick the other tools you pay for, or add your office time.

  • A box turns red. Type a number only, like 55 or 55.50. People on your team takes a whole number from 1 to 500.
