Your first day: getting your app 100% ready

The Getting started card on top of your Dashboard shows how ready your app is. Confirm your prices and add your first customer; the card goes away once both are done.

Updated October 25, 2026

As the owner, the top of your team app's Dashboard shows a Getting started card with how ready your app is (…% ready) and four rows to tap: Confirm my prices, Add my first customer, See my website and Install the app. It shows from day one, even with the sample customers in.

Also called: setup checklist, onboarding checklist, getting started, percent ready, first day, pour bien démarrer, liste de départ, prête à 100 %

Step 1: Confirm my prices

Tap Confirm my prices. My prices lists the services Alori read from your website, each with its price or To confirm. Tap one, type its Price, pick its Usual length if you like, and check It's a starting price if the price can go up. Tap Save. The next service to confirm opens by itself. Once every service has a price, quotes fill themselves.

Click: Dashboard › Confirm my prices › a service › Save

No services yet? The row opens Settings › Catalog, or ask Alori to add your services.

Step 2: Add my first customer

Tap Add my first customer and fill in their details. The sample customers don't count.

Click: Dashboard › Add my first customer

Step 3: See your website and install the app

  • See my website opens your site in a new tab, with its visits this week. Its quote request form lands in your app.

  • Install the app shows a QR code: scan it with your phone's camera, then add the app to your home screen.

Good to know

  • The card goes away once your prices are confirmed and your first customer is in. Tap Hide to put it away sooner.

  • Only the owner sees it.

If it doesn't work

  • You don't see the card. Only the owner sees it, and it's gone once both steps are done or after Hide.

  • Save is grayed out. Type a price first.
