- What are connectors?Connectors link the tools you already use to Alori. The Just for you tab holds your own Gmail, calendars and GitHub, private to you. The Company tab holds the tools your team shares, like QuickBooks and Slack.
- How do I sync with QuickBooks Online?Connect QuickBooks Online in Connectors, then click Manage and turn on Sync with QuickBooks. Customers and invoices then sync both ways.
- How do I connect Slack or Discord?Click Connect on Slack or Discord in Connectors and allow Alori. Your bot then posts in your channels, and your team talks to it there.
- How do I connect GitHub or Google Search Console?Click Connect on GitHub or Google Search Console in Connectors. Your bot can then change your code or tell you how your website does in Google.
- How do I find emails and phone numbers with Apollo?Paste your Apollo API key in Connectors. Then open a customer and tap Find email & phone. It uses your own Apollo credits.
- How do I get Facebook and Instagram leads?Connect Facebook & Instagram in Connectors and allow your Facebook Pages. New leads from your lead ads then show up in your CRM on their own.
- How do I use Alori from Claude?In Claude, add a custom connector with the address from Alori's Settings, then click Allow. Claude can then look up and change your CRM.
- What do I do when a connector says "Needs reconnect"?The tool stopped Alori's access, often after a password change. Open Connectors and click Reconnect on it. Nothing you had is lost.
- How do I pull my data into Power BI, Excel or another reporting tool?In Connectors, click Manage on API, then New key, and keep Reports (read only). Your reporting tool reads your records with that key and can't change anything.
- How do I connect my calendar?Open Connectors and click Connect on Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, under Just for you. Your jobs and bookings go to your calendar, and your busy times show on the schedule. It's private to you.
- How do I link my own GitHub?Open Connectors and click Connect on My GitHub, under Just for you. Your bot then works on code as you, with your own GitHub access. It's private to you.
