- What is my bot and how do I talk to it?Your bot is an AI teammate that knows your business. Click Bots at the top of the screen, open it, and tell it what to do or what to keep doing.
- How do I text or call my bot?Turn on Sam once on the Bots page. Sam gets a phone number of its own. Text or call it from your mobile; customers keep your business number.
- How do I use my bot in Slack or Discord?Connect Slack or Discord from your bot's page, then send the bot a direct message or @mention it in a channel. It answers in the thread.
- Who can text and call my bot?Everyone on your team with a mobile number on the bot's list. They text and call the bot's own number; customers keep your business number.
- How do I make an automation?Tell your bot what to keep doing, like "every evening, text me tomorrow's jobs". It sets up the automation and turns it on right away.
- How do I test, change, pause or delete an automation?Click Test it to run it once now. Click Change it and say what to change. Use its switch to pause it. To delete it, open it, click Delete and confirm. Or ask your bot.
- Why did my automation pause?It failed 5 times in a row, ran more than 30 times in an hour, or you ran out of credits. Fix the cause, then turn it back on.
- What does the bot do on its own, and when does it ask first?It makes changes in your app right away and tells you. It asks first before anything reaches a customer, and before deleting.
- What automations can I set up for my business?Daily job texts, Slack posts for new deals, quote follow-ups, calls for big overdue invoices, reminders and weekly summaries. Ask your bot in plain words.
- How do I tell Alori how my business works?In your CRM, open Settings › Company memory and click Add a fact. Alori, Ask Alori and the bot use it right away.
- What can my personal assistant do on its own?It remembers what you tell it, keeps working until a job is done, does things later or every week, watches for things like a price drop, and reads your Gmail, calendar and Drive.
- Can my bot show places on a map?Yes. Ask Alori's Chat, your bot or your personal assistant to show places on a map: every place shows as a numbered pin, with directions and a link to Google Maps.
- How do I turn off my assistant's computer?Open your private computer and click Turn off, or tell your assistant to turn it off. Your sign-ins are saved.
