How do I connect my Google or Outlook calendar?

Open Settings › Calendars, click Connect calendar account, pick Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, and allow access. You can connect up to 6 accounts.

Updated October 28, 2026

Open Settings › Calendars and click Connect calendar account. Pick Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, sign in, and allow access. Times you're busy on that calendar are then never offered for booking.

Also called: sync my calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, Office 365, Microsoft calendar, calendar integration, connecter mon agenda, synchroniser Google Agenda, calendrier Outlook

Step 1: Open your calendar settings

Click Settings, then the Calendars tab. Each person connects their own calendar, so sign in to your team app first. On the Schedule, the Connect Google Calendar button in the Calendars column (⋯ › Calendars on a smaller screen) does the same for Google. Once one is connected, Add calendar under My calendars opens your own connectors to add another.

Click: Settings › Calendars

Step 2: Connect an account

Click Connect calendar account and pick Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. If only Google is offered, the button goes straight to Google. Sign in and allow access. You come back to Calendars with the account marked Connected.

Click: Connect calendar account › Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar

Step 3: Choose what blocks your times

With Booking on, this is set in Booking › Hours, beside your hours: Settings says "Which calendars block your times, and where appointments are added, is set in Booking › Hours." Click Open Hours to go there. Without Booking, it stays in Settings › Calendars.

Click: Open Hours

In Calendar connections, each account lists its calendars. Under Check for conflicts, tick the calendars whose busy times should block your appointments. For Outlook, What counts as busy? lets you choose Tentative, Away and Working elsewhere. Busy always blocks.

Step 4: Pick where appointments go

In the same place, under Calendar to add events to, pick the calendar each new appointment is added to. Under Sync settings:

  • Include buffers on this calendar shows the buffer around each appointment as busy.

  • Google: Automatically sync cancellations and reschedules from this calendar. Outlook: Deleting or declining an event in your calendar will also cancel it (moving it in Outlook doesn't move the appointment).

  • Google only: Add my jobs to Google Calendar and Show my other events on the schedule.

Good to know

  • You can connect up to 6 calendar accounts, Google and Outlook together.

  • Outlook checks at most 4 calendars for conflicts.

  • Your jobs go to Google Calendar only, not Outlook.

  • To stop, use the account's ⋯ menu › Disconnect. Appointments already made stay.

If it doesn't work

  • "You can connect up to 6 calendar accounts. Disconnect one to add another." Disconnect one first.

  • "Your organization needs an IT admin to approve Alori for Outlook. Ask your IT admin, then try again." Your work account needs approval. Ask your IT admin.

  • "Outlook checks at most 4 calendars. Uncheck one first." Untick one, then tick the new one.

  • Needs reconnecting or "We could not access your … for …". Click Re-connect and sign in again.

  • "Google Calendar access has expired. Reconnect to resume." On the Schedule, click Reconnect.

  • "This calendar service is not set up yet. Try again later." That service isn't ready in your app yet.
