How do I export tickets to a spreadsheet?

In Tickets, pick the tab and filters you want, then click Export. You get a CSV file that Excel or Google Sheets opens, with every ticket of the tab, closed ones too.

Updated November 3, 2026

Export saves the tickets you're looking at as a spreadsheet, to keep a record, count them your own way or send them to someone.

Also called: CSV, Excel, download tickets, spreadsheet, export, exporter, télécharger les billets, tableur

Step 1: Export the tab

Open Tickets and pick a tab: Open, Closed, a cycle, a saved view or the archived tickets. Filter or search it if you like. Click Export. A file named like tickets-2026-11-03.csv downloads.

Click: Tickets › Export

The Export button in the Tickets toolbar

Good to know

  • The file has every ticket of the tab, not only what fits on screen: on Closed, all the closed tickets, not just the latest. Up to 2,000 at a time.

  • Each line has the ticket's number, team, title, details, step, size, priority, type, customer, project, milestone, who filed it, who has it, labels, cycle, when it was filed, started, sorted, closed or cancelled, archived, its due day, its parent and whether it's late.

  • A French spreadsheet gets semicolons, an English one commas, so Excel opens it right away.

  • Files added to tickets are not in the export.

  • You can ask Ask Sam: "export the closed tickets of the Support team".
