- How do I move from HubSpot to Alori?Open Import data, click Start on HubSpot, connect it, check what comes over, try a sample, then click Import everything.
- How do I try a sample first, or undo an import?Click Import the sample to bring over a few contacts first. Undo the sample or Undo the whole import removes what it brought; your team's work stays.
- What doesn't come over from HubSpot?Marketing emails, web analytics, lists, sequences and property history stay in HubSpot. Records that couldn't come over are listed with the reason.
- How do I import my Aircall phone setup and recordings?In Import data, click Import on Aircall and paste your API ID and token. Then start Phone setup, Calls, or both; each imports on its own.

- How do I import tasks from Excel or CSV?On the Tasks page, click ⋯ then Import and choose your Excel or CSV file. Alori finds the titles, dates, people and statuses on its own.
- How do I paste a list of customers into Alori?Open Ask Alori, type "Add these customers:" and paste your list, even a messy one. Alori adds them right away, with an Undo.
- How do I import data with the API?In Import data, click Import on API, then New key and pick Import. Copy the key once and send records from a script. Each import can be undone.
- How do I delete all imported data and start over?On your HubSpot import page, click Delete all data, then Continue and Yes, delete everything. It can't be undone. Your team and settings stay.
- How do I import from Zendesk?In Import data, click Import on Zendesk, add an OAuth client in Zendesk, sign in and click Allow, then click Import everything.
- How do I import my Intercom conversations?In Import data, click Import on Intercom conversations and pick who's who. Each customer gets one thread, open, closed or snoozed as in Intercom.
- How do I import what ChatGPT or Claude knows about my business?In Import data, click Import on Claude or ChatGPT, send it the question Alori writes for you, paste its answer, then click Add to memory.
- How do I invite the people who came over from HubSpot?Everyone who owned records in HubSpot comes over with their customers and deals. Open Users and click Invite, or Invite everyone.
- How do I bring my Slack channels and messages into Team chat?In Import data, open Slack, connect it, click Import my channels, then choose Slack's export file to bring the messages.
- How do I import my meetings from Fathom or Granola?In Import data, open Fathom, Granola or Claap, follow the three steps to get your API key, paste it, then click Import meetings.
- How do I import my Notion pages?In Alori, open Import data and click Import on Notion, click Connect Notion, pick the pages Alori may read, then click Import.
